※The can sealing machine consists of a machine platform, an inlet conveyor, a conveying device, a can sealing head (six wheels), a cap dividing device, an outlet conveyor, a pneumatic system and a control system.
※Using Schneider PLC, fully digital automatic control.
※Can produce various specifications and varieties in one line.
※The conveyor uses plastic chains to avoid scratches on the tank.
※The lubrication system is controlled by PLC and automatically lubricates on time. The lubrication frequency can be set freely.
※The can sealing machine head does not require a clutch, and the transmission chain is optimized and shortened, which reduces wear, extends service life, and reduces maintenance rate.
※Capping method: screw capping or pneumatic suction capping, equipped with a detection system to ensure that the capping is in place.
※ When adjusting the height of the tank, the head adopts PLC control for automatic adjustment and automatic terminal detection, so that the height adjustment can be completed by sending only one signal, which is fast and accurate.
